[2.2.1.1] Forced Mediterranean Portraits Without DLC

My Italian and Greek characters have the Mediterranean portraits, and I don't have the DLC.

I did not buy the Mediterranean portraits because I found them to be hideous, so it is aggravating having them without any way of disabling them, especially since I didn't even buy them.

Do you have the Early Clothing Packs on? If you do, the mediterranean portraits will always be shown.
