[2.2.0.9] Tribal tooltip not displaying upgrade info
2.2.0.9 is not displaying the tooltip for a tribal. It started with beta.7 [2.2.0.7]
2.2.0.2 patch notes: Tribal buildings now show what castle and city buildings they convert to in their tooltip.
Test:
1) Start a new game with 2.2.0.9 patch. Choose a tribal.
2) Make buildings that use prestige. Level 2 and 4 are converted to feudal upgrades upon governament change (tribal -> feudal)
2.1) Easy way to test: console, give yourself lots of cash and prestige, add 100 stewardship to your steward, make steward focus on building (it will complete in 1 day)
3) Check tooltip as you upgrade your tribal holding. It is not displaying the extra text in the tooltip anymore
