I played as Rum in 1241. When opened mercenary panel, it shows Gilman's maintain cost was 78 monthly. But after I hire them, they only cost about 10 ducats per month. It's obviously a bug.

Were they at full strength? The recruit screen will always show maintenance at full strength, but actual maintenance cost is proportional to current strength.

Of course they were in full strength. I mean, the showed maintain cost is probably the cost for none-vassal mercenary, but its actual cost is the cost for vassal mercenary. It's the problem.
