[2.2.0.4] Negative vassal limit causes math error in Info Bar

The tooltip has what should be the correct vassal limit of 0/-2, but the Information Bar displays a vassal limit of 0/65534.

I haven't tested whether it considers 65534 to be the actual limit, but I suspect that it should display 0/0 in the Info Bar.

The problem persists after quitting and reloading.

Nice unsigned integer overflow. Apparently vassal limit can only be between 0 and 2^16?

It does indeed seem to be a problem with how the game calculates your vassal limit when you go into a negative amount. I'll be sure to get a report on the issue.
