[2.2.0.4] My daughter in law had two pregnancies at the same time

My daughter in law gave birth to a son on March 15th. 12 days later, she gave birth to a daughter (which was the result of me giving her a good tumble).
So, it looks as if her son is my grandson and her daughter is my daughter.

I can't seem to find what trigger would allow this to happen, but I'll keep a look out

I had the exact same thing happen in 2.2. The babies were delivered around two weeks apart.
