[2.2.0.4] Grand Viceroyalty

I can grant a Viceroyalty of an Empire (I own Brittania and Hispania) to a vassal, but the new Grand Viceroy's heir is now the heir of the Grand Viceroy. If this is how imperial viceroys work, then they shouldn't be allowed, and I should simply have to grant the Empire title to said vassal.

It seems strange for you to be able to grant empire tier viceroys if they don't go back to you. I'll look into how they are supposed to work in this specific situation. Cheers!
