[2.2.0.4] Ambitions that are no longer valid aren't being cancelled

I've notice several times now that I've had a new king come to the thrown and they will not cancel their ambitions for a position on the council despite becoming King. I have to go in and manually cancel the old ambition, and if I don't then he'll just keep the invalid ambition for the entirety of his reign.
