[2.2.0.4] 769 AD de jure duchy borders at later start dates

Starting the game in 1066 or later may result in 769 borders of duchy of Powys (and probably of other regions too, if they were changed), although game files state that it should be a titular duchy by then. It is possible to have the correct borders in your game, but I'm not sure how to do that (probably you need to go back and forth in bookmarks to avoid the bug).

I do not have Charlemagne and The Old Gods DLCs, as this may matter.

This doesn't seem to be a problem for me in 2.2.0.7. Are you still experiencing any issues with the de jure setup?
