if ai won't accept >100ws demands anymore then the ws on provs and ws needed for vassal ect should be changed to
right now even a relative small country takes more then 100ws to demand vassal and provs ws often need excessive ws to demand to

Great, sounds superb.

I haven't been playing for over a month, because the war capacity system made the game so incredibly easy. It was very easy to vassalise large nations, and once you had vassalised a couple of them you only had to say "booh" to scare other nations into vassalisation. The AI no longer accepting war scores > 100 should fix this.

I just started a new game with castille, after morroco force-vassile Granada and diplo-annexed it we went to war.
With portugal as my ally, we ran over them without any issue's. Eventualy i asked them to turn over all the province's of granada and asked for a force-vassal. Total warscore was 69% my request was over 100, but below 200. They accepted it without issue's.
There warcap was realy low though.

So dont know, but AI still accepts above 100% for my game

I would like to know whether anybody of you experienced gamefreezing (not CTD, I am force to turn off my PC) when some (still dont know what exactly) event occures after installation of new patch. (especially if you have mixed language versions as I do)
I guess problem is I have EU III Czech version, but bcs NA is English avaliable only (and it seems that Czech version isnt planned to be realeased I bought NA just several days ago and had fine time until todays patch release which made mentioned freezing). If I reload my save it happens again at the same date, thats why I guess it occures when specific event is supposed to happen. Thanks for any answer and apologize my English (hurrying).

Register your copy and post in the tech-forum. There has not been any problem for me personally but it can depend on the fact that I have the english versions of both Eu3 and NA.

Register your copy and post in the tech-forum. There has not been any problem for me personally but it can depend on the fact that I have the english versions of both Eu3 and NA.

What didn't work? It you did a complete reinstall of EU3+NA then you wouldn't have MMG installed any more.

From a very limited test I did NA works with MMG 1.65.


Expect a new version exclusively designed for NA 2.1 in a few days.

Hmm, doesn't sound good. But below 200 is still acceptable, as long as does not accept warscores of 3000.

I love the patch though. The new colonisation thing is great.

Just again, force-vasseled aragon plus some provinces etc. total was 350+
His warscore was at 0% though.

I notice this patch is much smaller than the vanilla EU3 patches since it doesn't include the map\cache. (Probably also better compression and using Inno Setup instead of InstallShield.)

Erm, where did the Royal Marriage button go in historical games? This is how they "fixed" it?

Not to mention that it is still impossible to change governments in historical games. Worse still, the monarchs themselves do not change government forms (to those associated with them in the database) either upon their ascension. King Oliver Cromwell, ruler of Feudal England... :wacko:

These problems make historical games unplayable and were discovered at most a week after NA was released. I wonder why did Paradox include the "historical" option in the first place if they did not intend to support it.
