[2.1.5.5. Beta] Alt-Tab, refocus breaks screen resolution

In the current beta:
1. I run CK2 fullscreen, 1920x1200, 59Hz
2. I Alt-Tab to a different window
3. I go back to CK2
4. My monitor suddenly changes resolution to 1024x768
The game is still running at high-res, so I only see a little corner of it.
This didn't happen in 2.1.4

I'm seeing this as well with pure open source drivers.

It seems this is a problem with the new launcher in Linux only, we see this in EU4 too

The easiest workaround is not to use the Launcher if you don't need it - in Steam-CK2-properties, paste this into Set Launch Options

and now on the new 2.1.5 patch too - great a new linux launcher... oh it doesn't work...
