2.1.5.4 Crash on hover over creation-button of non-existing titular Empire

I'm playing as Emperor of Rome (and also have the HRE (titular), Kingdom of Germany and Kingdom of Abessina).

All Kingdoms which a part of the Empire of Francia drifted into the Roman Empire.

I searched for the Empire of Francia (Find Title). When I hover over the "Creation"-button the game crashes.

I tried it 3 times, always the same result (I can only try it with Francia since all the other Empires still have de-jure-land).

Do you have a save game available for upload where this happens? That would be greatly appreciated.

Weird, I do not have this problem with the Empire of Persia, after it has become a titular title and all de jure kingdoms of Persia have drifted out of it (in 2.1.4).

noticed it with britannia during a game too. should be pretty easy to reproduce
