2.1.5.3 beta Major oversight - Indian events cannot happen in Indian Empire

A lot of the Indian events contain the following limitation:

		capital_scope = {
			empire = { title = e_rajastan }
			empire = { title = e_bengal }
			empire = { title = e_deccan }
		}

The problem is that if you take the decision Samrat Chakravartin all three of those Empires get repleaced by e_india.
This means that those events cannot happen once you form India.

This is a known issue. Cant say for when it will be fixed, but hopefully we should be able to have it fixed quite soon.
