It seems that troops can move between Derby and Chester almost instantaneously. I don't know if this was intentional.

There are 2 counties in Brittany where travel time is also 1 day. Dunno the names but it's the one north of the duchy capital and the one left of it.
Not sure if it's WAD or not as it was like that in older versions.

No matter the "visual distance", 1 day travel time probably isn't WAD. I'll look out for those provinces as well. Cheers. 
While we're at it, the travel times between Uusima (or whatever the capital province of Finland is named) and its neighbors, particularly the one immediately north of it, seem way out of whack (excessively long). Although I don't know my geography; is it a Juneau sort of situation?
IIRC it also happens in Estonia between the two northern counties (Narva and Kaleva I think)
