If it runs more smoothly with 2.1.5.3, I suspect the problem is related to memory usage (since a lot of memory optimizations has been done on the game with the patch), or that it was something temporary in 2.1.5.1/2 that got fixed. We are still doing some work with the beta patch. Hopefully, we can get more issues sorted.
If anyone still has issues with 2.1.5.3. Does disabling all DLC change anything?
