2.1.4 (not beta) Pope return Rome next month after end of de-jure war for Latium

As Duke of Latium I have a de-jure claim on Rome, so I raised army and conquer Rome, next month suddenly Rome became independent again under the Pope.
I can repeat war but Pope get Rome again and again.
This is repeated on every load too.

Ah yes. Looking more closely at the save, I noticed that your liege, the Basileus of Byzantine Empire, is a Catholic. Being the good Catholic he is, he will give back Rome to the Pope. So the behavior is WAD.

However, the game doesn't really say anything about why that happens, though. I'll make sure that we look into giving the player better feedback for when this happens.

He should really try to revoke my titles first I think.
And to face the consequences of such improper breach of vassal contract.

Please make this not so silent.
And as I remember correctly - Teutonic Order usually got their provinces same silent way.
