Okay so I'm not -entirely- sure if this bug showed up before the latest patch but I'm just noticing it now and I didn't see any other thread in the bug report forum on it so I'm putting it up here just in case it hasn't been noticed yet.
Anyways I'm noticing rulers, both player and AI rulers, becoming incapable before I have to end an iron man game for one reason or another. That works normally, they get a regent and the regent's skills are used in place of the ruler's skills.
Now upon loading that same iron man save I'm noticing that the rulers are still incapable but they no longer have a regent. Both AI and player rulers.
If this is a redundant thread and you already know about this lock it, otherwise, curse my name while adding it to your "Stuff That Needs Fixin" board.
