[2.1.4] German names in Moldavia

The Duchy of Moldau is, for some reason, filled with German names instead of Romanian names.
This is very immersion-breaking, especially when one wants to play a Vlach game.
So here are the current German names and their Romanian counterparts:
Moldau - Moldova
Peresechen - Peresecina
Belgorod - Cetatea Alba (not German, but having a Slavic name there is still immersion-breaking)

Another foreign name in the Moldavia region is Aegyssus in Galaz, which should, rather, be Tulcea:

Also, Galaz should de iure be a part of Moldavia/Moldau, because:

Geographically, Moldavia is limited by the Carpathian Mountains to the West, the Cheremosh River to the North, the Dniester River to the East and the Danube and Black Sea to the South.
