If you are a pagan and your concubine is paulician or messalian the decision Convert to Paulicianism or Messalianism doesn't appear.

Same happened to me. I'm Tengri with Shia and Paulician concubines, only given the option to go Shia.
Went through all the religions. Messalian and Paulician are indeed missing as available religions to convert to, when having a concubine/spouse of that religion. Filed a bug report of the issue. Thanks for reporting it!
