2.1.2.1 Lack of Subjection CB

I don't seem to have the subjection cb avaible as my last two indian rulers. Both were indian with the jain religion and I am neighbored by several kingdoms with an indian culture and religion yet only vassal claims and de jur claim are available.

Probably not a bug. You can only use the Subjugation CB against Indian rulers within the same culture group as you. There are two different groups, Dravidian and Indo-Aryan. If you are Kannada, which belongs to the Dravidian group, you can use the CB against other cultures within Dravidian group (Telugu and Tamil for example).

Yeah this appears to be the case having this mentioned or documented somewhere would be great as I was frustrated by it.
