But that only discusses manpower and armor, not what artillery was attached for example. Is there a resource for looking at accurate and meticulous German OOBs?

Speculation: 1st LB is 12ss with higher economy, spam of stug 3s for armor, and fanatical troops in trucks.

As for detailed OOB and equipment status, the best source for the German divisions involved in the campaign of Normandy is Zetterling's Normandy 1944: German Military Organization, Combat Power & Organizational Effectiveness. Which is actually the one you're referring to with your link.
