Some guy said already that using partisan black is a bad idea, he was right and many nations close together have the same color afrika and carribean which can be confusing.
Red China is white? Like terrain map's Plains white, a bit weird.
A few nations in the carribean and central afrika is unnamed "unknown g string wanted". And the Pamaraibo nation, ex-holland colony, is name gran colombia, it should be Surinam.
Why is the bahames free? Its US territory today and was then.

The Bahamas were never a US territory. They became fully independent in 1973. Before that the islands were a British colony

I got a idea, Soviet helps Basque with ammo and blueprints but they are not in WP. Isn't that a good idea? Like Soviet get's an event if they want to help Basque to be indenpendent

Can you prepare an event like that for... Maybe 2 weeks after ww3 breaks? What about the events: any progress?

Me NONE sam... I am sorry, busy with life and 1st days at "high school"...
In Euskadi is probably, but not in Catalonia (Barcelona, Tarragona and Huesca in HoI, wrong provinces after all). There's no significant independence movements in Catalonia (Well, they aren't in Spain in general, but the most important is the basque movement) and no left-wing radical movements except, perhaps, ETA (They claim to be Marxist, if they are, I doubt).
But, despite that, the event should fire when soviets enter in France (Because if it fires at the start of the war, it will be useless).
