Same guy having 2 different traits always looked weird to me.

To offer my 2c.

This actually makes perfect sense because some people perform differently in different positions. Take Hitler: as a politician, very crafty and excellent public speaker. As Chief of Staff, worthless. It depends on the role of HoG and HoS in the country. For instance, a British Monarch would make a pretty bad PM.

This goes for the 1942 scenario as well. What I don't understand is why his name is spelled differently between HS and HG (Iosif. V. Stalin and simply Josef Stalin.)?
Also why does his HS picture show a older Stalin and the HG a clearly younger one?
