[1936] France beats Germany - No surrender events?

So I only just managed to defeat Germany as France, yet there are 0 events for such an occurrence despite its rarity.

There were surrender events for such a thing in ARMA, and why doesn't Poland ally with UK during the war? I was waiting to send in some bombers to harass the Germans.

So, no events for a French victory? I remember one called "French Prestige" or something on Arma.

I've read in other threads that this is intentional, so that the player can divide Europe up as they see fit.
