1936 - Anyone taken China to ally with The Allies?

I'm curious, I can't remember ever seeing a victorious Chinese Dragon going interventionist and joining The Allies before. I've seen scenarios where they join the Soviets with the right pushes and the Axis, lose or win against Japan.

Has anyone joined The Allies with (nat) China?

I used to for the free tech (and so I could take Soviet Siberia) all the time as China before I realized there are downsides in DH in peace treaties.

I don't think China would join allies if they could win on their own. Chiang could care less about Germany or the USSR.
