I noticed a couple of odd things for the Soviets in the 1933 scenario.

They start with several each of two kinds of mountain infantry (1925 and 1930 IIRC) but their tech is for 1918 (I think) mountain infantry.

Similarly, they start with two 1935 MOT but don't have the tech to make them (at all).

Oh yeah, like the Deutschland class cruisers Germany starts off building. I think those are supposed to represent the abnormal nature of the Deutschland class.

Japan gets a few like that as well, I think.
