I don't know, but I doubt it. In 1.03, you get daily mp growth while at war. Add that the the mobilization mp for the soviets, and I think that explains it. Just know, you will not bleed out the Russians. If you try, you will drown in all that blood. You must destroy their military piece by piece.

I am Italy. I cannot influence anyone to join. Either Germany did it, or Turkey did it themselves. Same with Brazil.
High mobility is one of my few advantages over the ai. My army and navy are small, so I have to use them to maximum effect. Amphibious operations and use of transports to move my troops as needed acts as a "force multiplier". My troops can be in more places more quickly thus filling the roles of other troops I have not been able to build. My CV fleet is currently enjoying sunny Spain. My subs are raiding, and my BBs/CAs are assisting in the Black Sea.
I don't have to call it quits, I just achieved all of my goals in this game. I have never played a UK game in any version of HOI. First, I would have to learn the ropes. Fascist UK does sound interesting though.
I am willing to consider it, though not with a royal as HOS, I would probably have Mosley HOS and Clement Attlee as HOG.
Maybe I looked at it wrong, but he came up under a fascist government. I did add Mosley as an HOS choice, but didn't really want a Mosley/Mosley government since Mosley is also the default armament minister. I was near full authoritarian, but only 1 click right of center. It might have been a PA government. If we do go that way, I will make sure it is fascist not pa.
I don't know enough about UK to do a good back story yet. I guess I need to do some research. UK really isn't my area.
