Haha, I'm glad I'm not the only one! I was sitting there yelling "Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!" because it says its out but I can't download.
I said it before about Steam "It's like 1pm or 1:30pm Pacific Time they unlock it. Still even then you might have to wait an hour or 2 just to download it."
Bloody hell .. paradox should never had partnered with steam.. their always late on release and never hold their promises

Calm down, it is just game and it is released now. It was right on time as far as I can tell.
Luckily our TS game was scheduled later on in the evening (fortunately now it seems)
Well, the game _is_ released.....my blighted steam client just doesn't seem to care about that *sigh*

Such a surprise as to why they've chosen Steam as their primarily (and only) platform in the future. As for the release issues, there are no excuses. If they can set up a release timer, then they can also make sure it unlocks on time.
But we still have a few hours left of Valve workhours left - and I believe they have a few people on during the weekday nights to fix serverside issues. Anything else would be financial suicide on their part.
