It seems to me that, with EU II ending with 1820 and Victoria starting with 1836, there's a very important 16 years missing that include things such as the Bourbon Restoration and the start of the July Monarchy in France.

I'm wondering if there is, or ever has been, an adjustment with VIP or otherwise to start the game 16 years earlier?
