For OE in 1648, colonialnation value should be no.
In 1520 scenario I have added the wrong value for land. It should be current 8 and not 2, as you can see in the table above.

Ok, I could have noticed land 2 was very low for OE. :)

Just as a precision, 1648 scenario starts the 1st January 1648.

It could be possible to start at any day in 1648 by adding a startdate information in the globaldata section of the scenario, just like:
Code:
	startdate = { day = 24 month = october year = 1648 }
Chosen date is not random... ;)

Day = 24 means the 25th => the day after the Peace Treaty of Münster!

Recently started a game in this scenario playing Brandenburg. In 1657 the king of Poland was elected Holy Roman Emperor. :(
Shouldn't Austria's relation to the German states (Electors) at the start of the scenatio be higher in order to reproduce the historic (pro Habsburg) voting outcome?

What happened between 1648 and 1657 for Austra?

For some reason or another Austria is quite aggressive. In one game they annexed Wirttemberg. I decided to try again lowering AI aggressiveness to coward and disabled force annexation. Austria again declared war against a minor, this time without annexing it. ;):eek:

In both games Poland was elected emperor. Seemingly Poland has quite good relations to some of the protestant electors.

Event-wise I don't think anything happened to Austria especially no 'let's send some bribes for good relations' event, that would have helped them.

We could lower relations between Poland and Protestant Electors. Not sure Austria will benefit this in this end if another country has better relations.

To keep scenarios/events consistent on how we want to portray Bengal, it should be independent in the 1648 scenario but a vassal of the Mughals. It should own provinces 555, 557, 558, 559 with its capital in 558 + core on 556. It should also be a vassal of the Mughals.

Relations between Bengal and Mughals?
Bengal not in Mughals' alliance, only vassal, right?
Army of Bengal in MOG inc file moved to Bengal?
