Please remember that US Constitution allows it's member states complete freedom in domestic matters, so if a member state wants the local official language to be german, it is allowed, like is allowed to keep slaves. We aren't planning to change our constitution.

i regret now i was harsh in war and before the war. But after those issues with Fred, which i told about in the game, i was going to make "nice border by rivers" with Prussia before. Then i saw Seen lost 2 provs in prussian leaderstime, so decided not to go to any communication not to reveal my definite intension to dow (and 3 provs wouldn`t be sold without doubts).
