I use ICQ lite, which is incapable of sending mass messages. And since FAL was an eager little boy craving for a mass message, I gave him permission to send one out himself. You should have seen him, he was so happy.

Btw, why not to use ICQ Pro ? I never understand that. The only reason is that pro is much more laggy than lite ? But i`m not sure, didn`t compare their speed well.

Well I find the layout and smilies ugly and the too many options confusing and obstructing. Also, when I started using icq the lite version didn't have ads at all - while the pro version had lots... though these days, even icq lite have ads...
Anyway, to sum it up: icq lite is nice and simple, while icq pro is too complex. Kinda like the difference between EU2 and Victoria.

Pah, just use cut and paste and send to each of the relevant people - it's not much more work than mass messaging.

I disagree. With mass message you just have to check the people you want to receive the message. With cut and paste you have to do a lot more work. (clicking on the name, pasting the message, click on send). This is especially true if the number of recipients increase, like if you want to ask 30 potentially subs
For me, I can't understand why some GM's don't have ICQ pro.

In other words, ICQ pro is too complex for you and Fredde, but not for any other GM?
I shall be joining you for this and future thursdays. I didn't want to go the silly civilian service anyway and got a two year delay for it.
