I have total population (which is mine plus other clans) 153k but I still didn't get the achivement,
"One Arrow Alone can be Easily Broken but Many Arrows are Indestructible". Do I need to own this amount of population only by myself, i mean only my clan?

It's really easy to do too. Raze all holdings but 2 in all provinces, they will then count as settled, and your clans won't desire them. You'll be infinitely stronger than all the clans and you'll gain unlimited prestige every day due to you holding hundreds of counties.

So I conquered a province with 4 slots and there are 3 buildings of each type. I use one for nomadism and other 3 are remain. Which ones should I raze pillage city and temple? Or does it matter at all?

Not really. Personally I'd raze the castle, since temple gives you piety and city gives you taxes. Normally castle gives you soldiers, but you're a nomad so you get diddly-shit from castles.
