1444 Burgundy : would it be possible to not have Philip the Good as general at the start ?

The title says it all, baiscally the problem is that Philip the good as a general from the start means he dies in +-5 years (historically he lived until 1467, so there is no historical reason to do so) which is quite frustrating since as a player you can't do anything about it.

I can understand why this is so since most european countries count on the Burgundian Inheritance firing, and that is clearly helped by Philip dying soon, but then could it be so he doesn't start as a ruler in 1444 and the AI automatically makes him a ruler in the first months ? It would enable Burgundian players to play a bit more historically and not have the frustration of phillip dying at 49 nine times over ten.
