Intel wise, we are now back to stealing blueprints. Each steal attempt costs $140 and has a 33% chance.

Research wise, we have three techs left before we are done with the nuke techs.

Production wise, our fifth Nuclear Reactor won't be ready until mid-July. Therefor, we won't have a nuke until July or August.
