Happened over Berlin when the US tried to bomb during a stormy night. In the hottext both sides got -10000 combatmodifier for stormy wetaher. Ofc. the total was capped at 1 pctefficiency, but anyway: -10000 seems a bit over the mark

That is how CORE ensures that nothing much will hapen during a fight in a storm. For vanilla it is less brutal.

Definately not a bug. Dont fly in storms . Oh and you should notice that the planes take ages over a fight also. At least for the duration of the storm.

As 2Coats said its not a bug - it would be wierd if you could fight in a storm... the bug is that the planes dont disengage for hrs or even days untill the storm passes - I once had 4-5 day battle .. got a lot of exp

It may not be a bug, but it certainly is an exaggeration! Why give -10.000 in penalty when -200 would do?

Johan must have been having a bad day when he changed that parameter during one of those annoying rainy days we have up here.
