Bug in Stellaris: Sensors lvl 2 and up, Fleet Academy and Navigator Guild give weapons 100% accuracy. That can't be intended and is screwing all other (re)balancing attempts. This mod is intended as a hotfix. For more information, see:

Original values:
@hit2 = 2
@hit3 = 4
@hit4 = 6
ship_accuracy_add = 3

Modded values:
@hit2 = 0.05
@hit3 = 0.10
@hit4 = 0.15
ship_accuracy_add = 0.07
