So I got an event that was either something like, "Lose a stability or one of your provinces gains +25% local autonomy". I didn't really think it was a big deal since they had 0% revolt risk, so I just decreased autonomy... but the +10 revolt risk for decreasing autonomy stays at +10 RR. I assume it goes away at the end of the 30 years when you can change autonomy again? But like... that really seems like something that should degrade over time, even if slowly? Like if Paradox wanted them to be pissed at us for 30 years, why not make it -0.3 for 10 years? Them being super pissed at year 29 day 364 and then year 30 waking up and going, "Wait, what were we mad about again?" doesn't make much sense to me... assuming that's how it works. If it's permanent then that's just terrible...
