I have 10 question for the gameplay

I am sorry if somehow they already have been asked, but i didn't see the answers in the video or in the daily topic

1) I use another country infrastracture ( like send my airplanes to a strategical zone under his control), so maximum values are shared between allied, or everyone has his own?

Example

Italy can deploy 800 airplanes in zone A

This mean that all the country of italian side can reach the maximum value of 800, or Germany can deploy 800, Bulgaria can deploy 800, Hungary can deploy 800, and so go on?

2) I am Germany, i send in lend lease to Italy, some of my equipment, if this equipment is used I take back some of the experience, but the doctrines used for use that equipment, are mine, or the receiving country docrtines? ( if you remember hoi3, was mine that were used, regardless Italy was using my units)
2A) There is a maximum range for sending equipment, or there isn't? ( so as germany i can send panzer to japan, willing to taking the risk of getting sunked from UK?)

3) You can send once the equipment in lend lease, in a fixed number, or in a "monthly value of production". so:
3A) IF i send once the equipment and the convoy gets attacked and damaged everthing gets destroyed, or anyway something remains to be delivered? and if destroyed, i loose everthing? ( like i will be if i loose lands units on open sea)
3B) Can i send 100.000 airplanes in one time, or there is a fixed amount daily and monthly of production sended to a country?

4) Can i buy resources that "i don't need", just to give to a player or a nation, more industries?
4A) If not, then when i buy 100 of oil for my industries, but i am using only 10, the other 90 are going to be deleted automaticaly? ( not everyone in hearts of iron, plays for playing the best for his country, but sometimes somebody plays for the faction.)

5) Military Industries and Dockyards can be bombed, but Civilian Industries can be bombed too? And in general everthing can be bombed? Equipment in the capital?

6) IF i send equipment in leand lease, how experience is divided between the country receiving the equipment and the country building the equipment? 100% each country? or 50-50%? or like 95%-5(producing one)%?

7) This time, we don't have a real spy system in place ( for now) so i can't see or know what my enemies are building?

So i will find only this as info of the opponent? And there is any possibilty of understanding the value of the equipment he is using in the field? Regardless destroying me=equipment better than mine?

8) Design units, helps on taking values when you design equipment. So if i take like the design value for light air units i have the following values.

Air Reseach Speed: +10%, Agility: +10%, Max Speed: +10%, so if i build

CAS - TYPE A he will have 10% agility and 10% max speed.
But if i change design unit, and design from type A, i will preserve the bonus, or i will just switch to the newer one?


9) Every player needs to manage every aspect of the country, and it's not like you can let the AI play on your own. But, if i disconnect in a multiplayer game, the AI it's going to take my country ( i think) and in shorts tems will make changes?

10) Synthetic Oil can produce more than 2 Oil and 1 Rubber?

Example
Italy can deploy 800 airplanes in zone A

If the infrastructure can hold 800 planes then it would be total amount. Not 800 for each country. However, you can always put more planes in. The efficiency will just drop.

2) You will get some army experience when the equipment is used in combat (or even training perhaps?). I dont understand what you mean by doctrines? Equipment is equipment and has nothing to do with doctrines.

3) Some DD´s have shown that you can send a fixed amount once or a percentage of your monthly production.
3A) Either a convoy is sunk or not. I dont think it can be damaged only. Equipment in sunk convoys is lost forever. Furthermore the convoy route gets an efficiency penalty (for some time?), meaning that it cant supply as efficient for a period of time.
3B) 100.000 planes would be unrealistically many. We dont know the capacity of a convoy ship if there is any or how the convoy capacity is calculalted. Properbly depending on length of route and reviecing harbor size like in HOI3.

4) Yes you can.
4A) Resources you are not using are wasted. Depending on your trade law a portion of you OWN resources are lost for you on the trademarket. I dont believe you can retrade imported resources.

Yes, a DD has stated that you can target specic types of industry. Nothing has been said of equipment storages though, so we dont know that yet.

I believe you will get experience for the equipment while the recieving country will get experience for combat. Experience gained through combat is depending on how many division of your total amount of divisions is in combat. So if you only have 2 divisions in combat out of 500 divisions (fantasy figure) you will only get a very small increase of army experience. I dont know how equipment experience through lend lease is calculated.

I am not sure, but would think that it is a diplomatic decision. You would properbly spend 10 Political points (PP) to start a spy mission and then maybe 0.2 PP pr day to uphold it. Your efficiency of spying would most likely be depending on a choosen goverment figure and/or the target country´s spydefense. I believe the spy system from HOI3 is obsolete and it is handled througy PP´s, but i am not sure.

I not sure, but i understand your question is regarding variants? Variants is designed by spending experience points from either air experience of naval experience. You model 1938 can be made a variant by spending points to increase the stats in some areas to a certain limit (i believe it is 4 or 5 points?) Most likely the 5 stats will make the variant a little bit better than a 1940 model. But when you research the 1940 model you can then make a variant of it and increase stats with 5 points again making it a little bit better than the 1942 model. You can make as many variants as you want. It is just a new equipment model that you will have preserved. You can make 100 variants if you want (and have the experience points to do so). That my understanding of the variantsystem.

I dont know. Nothing has been said regarding AI help for the player like in HOI3.

The tech tree for synthetic oil expands further than just the first initial "being able to bulid them" ones. I would think the efficiency of them would increase with further tech, so most likely they will produce more than 1 rubber and 2 oil, but i dont know.

Not 100% sure I understand what you mean.

As far as I know, Italy would simply use their doctrine with your equipment.

As far as I know you lose a percentage. Say you have 10 convoys, each with 10 tanks (random numbers). 5 convoys are destroyed, only 50 tanks arrive.

What you don't use is lost. But you might produce things and send them to your allies.

I don't think equipment can be destroyed.

We don't know. It's probably being balanced.

We know essentially nothing of espionage.

No idea but probably yes. AI in Europa Universalis changes things in one day.
