I think the ferocity per-turn limit will be accurate and there is no need to restrict peace-treaty declination for war-winners (if we can call them in such manner). Maybe the first rule, but the second interfere too much.

I hope savegame file (zipped) should have no more tham 400kB. If yes, I would be surprised. :D

One little advice (or wish) - history log zipped is more than 10-times smaller than unzipped. ;)

I hope everyone can remember how many APs they saved (if they did so) incase u cant remember just ask...its just a lot easier for me if everyone can remember themselves so I dont have to mail each individually!

I have discovered that I have myself made a small error...it states in the rules that giving ANY ingame orders during a turn costs a fixed fee of 100AP...three players gave in-game orders ei. DoWs but had all forgotten the 100 APfee...Im sorry to say that I forgot too....:rolleyes: ....anyway because part of the error was mine I have decided that we will cut the cost in half this time only! ...and Saxony, The Ottoman and Sweden will therefor pay 50AP during turn 2 instead of the 100AP that they should have paid during turn1....

I hope this is not too upsetting for anyone...it has turned out that there was quite a lot of small problems to be worked out...but hopefully everything will work much better NEXT TURN: WEDNESDAY 18TH 19.00 GMT....

In the future when u edit your eventfiles, please try to start up your game with the file in to see if it will run! - I had to spend quite a while yesterday tracking down a missing "}" in the french eventfile causing EU2 to crash! ...its somewhat easier to do this yourself when u know what u have edited...and u also only have one file to check! (I had to add one file then starting up EU2 to see if it would run, exit add another file and start up again and so on...)

Really sorry about the events- I had a final version tested and everything but I changed choices at the last minute. It won't happen again.

I had planned on Sunday! - if u have the results of turn 2 on Wednesday cant u give some orders...if nothing else save up or ad all your AP to treasury?!....OR u could allow your noble ally Brandenburg to make your turn for you? (if u still consider him noble after that stunt with bohemia! :eek: )

I'll sort something out. I'll issue some orders without testing them on Thursday morning, and might just be back in time on Sunday, depending on what time you were planning. You may need to email stuff to my work on Thursday morning as well as home. Will let you know. I'll decide how noble Brandenburg is when I see the save file. :)

I have a new rule I would like to hear your oppinions on:

- mutual agreement to end vassalization*** (25AP): use this to release a vassal from its obligations, provided that it accepts! - must be played by both parties to take effect!

......my point was that if both parties agree it shoud be possible to end a vassalization fairly easy. Also with this option two allies wouldnt have to be for ever concerned that one would vassalize the other during a turn. since with this it would be fairly easy and cheap to end it again.

Perhaps if naval vessels can be transferred, should troops be transferred also? Though this probably too subject to abuse.

And Saxony, I'm sorry about your war with Bohemia. I'm sure, though, that France could help you get back on your feet.

Yes, please no transferring of troops.

Russia can ship them to me, Venice, for instance, which is incredibly unfair. They differ more in price, and manpower no longer becomes an issue if you have a large ally... ships can at least be justified as coming without the crew, I think, and they are expensive no matter what (even if you are naval/plutocracy). There is also a natural desire for naval powers such as england to keep their cheap ships to themselves...

How about adding an option to be able to recruit mercenaries at the beginning of one's turn? Thus country A can send money, with country B using this to recruit mercenaries.
