    Pros of this run:

    • You get the Medium2 early because of early Focus "Treaty with the USSR"
    • You are very quick with Land doctrines becuase of early focus "Army Innovations"
    • You can use the 2 Bonuses from Focus "Four Year Plan" on Construction3 and Industry3
    Cons:
    • You don't have a bonus for Medium3 (Focus "Army Innovations II" missing)

    1) National focus tree:

    Until 1.6.1939 you can fit in 17 * 70days. The 18th focus (Danzig or War in my games) finishes 14 days after.

    (green) = Focus that boosts economy
    (red) = other essential focus

    I used this sequence in the past: (Happy for feedback. Is for sure not the best way to do it.)
    1. Rheinland (PP to get PP guys to switch trade law and Advisors)
    2. Army Innovations (2x land doctrine research +100%)
    3. Treaty with the USSR (Tank research bonuses)
    4. Four Year Plan (2x research bonus + Advisor Schacht)
    5. Autarky (10% contruction for CIV, MIL and Dock)
    6. Hermann Göring-Werke (6x CIV)
    7. KdF-Wagen (6x CIV)
    8. Extra Research Slot
    9. Reichsautobahn (4x 100% Infra)
    10. German War Economy (6x MIL)
    11. Anschluss (All MILs and CIVs from Austria)
    12. Reassert Eastern Claims (All MILs and CIVs from Memel)
    13. Demand Sudetenland (All MILs and CIVs from Sudenteland)
    14. First Vienna Award (Leads to next)
    15. Fate of Czechoslovakia (Some MILs and CIVs from Czechoslovakia or a Puppet)
    16. Army Innovations II (2x land doctrine research +100%+ Tank research Bonus) Naval Rearmament + Naval Effort (35days each) (5 Docks)

    Spare PP for other things on 1.6.1939 will be around 860. You can take 5 more Advisors, e.g Rommel, Schörner, Halder, Göring, von Rundstedt.

    3) Construction (Building factories & Co):

    • CIVs until the focus after Reichsautobahn (=German War Economy) (because Building 3 Refs = ~ 180 days =~ 3 Focus)
    • Then 12 Refineries in Franken, Thüringen, Hannover, Brandenburg
    • Then MILs. (MIL building start should be around finishing of Focus Demand Sudetenland)
    No building in Franken, Thüringen, Hannover, Brandenburg until Focus Reichsautobahn which gives 100% Infrastructure there.


    4) Research:

    Rush priority: (Always research these when available [and not insane ahead of time, e.g. > 2 years])
    1. Construction (+10% construction speed each)
    2. Dispersed / Concentrated Industry (Building Slots +20% each)
    3. Land Doctrine
    4. Medium Tank
    5. Electronics (Computing for research bonuses)


    5) Operations:

    Rush Agency to 5 Upgrades from start, do mission "collaboration government" with 2 agents all the time.
    (Prepare Network, Prepare Missions, do Mission, repeat)

    As suggested by @Gefallener_Held I will do another focus order. Doing economic earlier and delaying tank production.

    Pros of this run:
    • Sligtly better economy in the end, but not a big difference
    Cons:
    • No agency. Only done to have less to click. Agency + collaboration missions are always worth it.
    • You get the Medium2 a lot later than in the Germany Run V1. And you don't have a bonus for Medium3
    • You are a lot later with land doctrines than in the Germany Run V1

    Germany Run V3 - MEME

    A run only focused on economy an putting everthing behind that goal. I would not use this in a real game, therefore I call it "Meme". I did it to try what is possible.

    Pros of this run:
    • Best economy
    • Early war economy possible because of early Anschluss
    • Construction 3 researched in October 1937
    Cons:
    • No agency. Only done to have less to click. Agency + collaboration missions are always worth it.
    • World Tension high early on, because of rushed Anschluss. That means you enemys are stronger.
    • Really bad research
    • A lot less PP

    I just noticed if you partition Czech with slovakia, doing the historical option it automatically sets colaboration to 50 in the event, so doing collaboration missions in czeck is not worth it at all ;-)

    Ok lets compare outcomes for CZE:
    I tried with puppet SLO and Annex all of CZE
    And with Agency and without.

    Results:
    CIVs (Base 97)MILs (Base 115)

    • If you don't build an angency and don't do collaboration missions at all, Puppeting SLO is of course the way to go. But why would you not do collaboration missions? They are absolutely worth it.

    • If you build an agency and do collaboration missions in CZE, you can even annex it, because collaboration missions are so strong. But it's better for economy to Puppet SLO and use the collaboration on another county.

    @porta80 is correct. The 50% compliance in the rest of CZE you get when puppeting, makes puppeting the better option. And for that option collaboration missions are not needed.

    If you don't like having that ugly little puppet state in the middle of your territory, you can still annex without losing too much. IF you are doing collaboration missions at all and IF you are annexing full CZE because reasons, THEN you will also profit from a collaboration mission in CZE
