Germany Run V1
Pros of this run:
1) National focus tree:
Until 1.6.1939 you can fit in 17 * 70days. The 18th focus (Danzig or War in my games) finishes 14 days after.
(green) = Focus that boosts economy
(red) = other essential focus
I used this sequence in the past: (Happy for feedback. Is for sure not the best way to do it.)
2) Political Power use:
(green) = Advisor or Law that boosts economy
(red) = other essential law or Advisor
Spare PP for other things on 1.6.1939 will be around 860. You can take 5 more Advisors, e.g Rommel, Schörner, Halder, Göring, von Rundstedt.
Or do another attache, or get more building slots, change back trade law...

3) Construction (Building factories & Co):
4) Research:
Rush priority: (Always research these when available [and not insane ahead of time, e.g. > 2 years])
5) Operations:
Rush Agency to 5 Upgrades from start, do mission "collaboration government" with 2 agents all the time.
(Prepare Network, Prepare Missions, do Mission, repeat)

Let's talk Germany
Assuming a min maxing historical play through, what is the optimal way to do it? I'd like to start a roundtable where everyone can chip in and we can discuss Germany that works in both singleplayer and multiplayer. Here is my method. Focus...
