Anyone have a clue (or definite knowledge) as to what the "Noise Pollution Rework" update will be ?
Previously traffic related noise pollution was determined by road size, but now every vehicle has their own noise pollution value (including trains). Electric cars should be quieter than combustion.

One of the items that will be new and available to everyone (base game) is exactly described in-game as follows (below in quotes).
Can someone please explain this to me, as I don't really understand it (be as specific, as possible). And how/where does one "switch" it "on or off."

"When building or creating a district, you can now choose to switch information overlay on or off, what ever best suits your needs."

I do not understand. When an update is received, I can not play regularly for days or weeks, as the program freezes when loading. After today's update, he wrote out which mod did not run the program. I turned them off, but now the game crashes and turns off the program.
Is there anything else?
Since the multicore update, I can not load a few bigger cities (100k) at all. I've been building these for months, it would not be good if they were lost.

I'm adding high density commercial buildings, metro stations and heavy traffic to the list. You've simply done a good job ;)
Okay, I agree that the first two things are an issue to, and the heavy traffic will do the same with the new rework from te update. (First it was to, but as you had an gravel road with heavy traffic it took te standard noise pollution from the gravel road)

First toggle the zoning or road tool on, then click on an info view. That way you'll be able to build with a selected info view active.

So when they say "information overlay," they mean the "Info Views."
Ok, got it.
Basically you can now build things or zone, with a specific "Info View" turned on or off. Now I understand. I think they needed to do a better job explaining this new feature, as their wording was a bit confusing.
Thank you for responding.
