[1.8] Patriarch Authority events frequency

In my playthrough i'm in 1740 with 75 PA, always raised when i could. I think that the event is too much rare right now

You know...there are countries besides Byzantium with PA. Currently is quite easy for Byz to get above 80% PA. Serbia? Not so much.

Plus, why would that matter? Orthodox churches are autocephalies, they don't report to anyone. Patriarch authority is a measure of internal church authority, not some universal authority like for Catholics.

How difficult would it be for Ottomans? Is Byz's PA tied to Purple Pheonix and missions or would Ottos get them as well?

I remember there is an idea in Religious idea group that add papacy or fervor generation...
I think that idea should reduce the MTTH of Orthodox events...
I've yet to play Orthodox, but even in previous patch I think it is too slow to be useful especially unlike Piety, these events are the only way to increase or reduce your PA slider...
