[1.8] Ironman option greyed out

Hey guys, just bought AoW and it looks like I cannot start an ironman game due to the option being greyed out. I have no mods on, restarted my computer, restarted steam, have uninstalled and reinstalled EUIV twice, and have deleted everything of EUIV I had. Anyone got any ideas as to what's going on?

Here's what I mean by a full clean reinstall:

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "delete local content" in Steam-EU4
- opt into the 1.8-hotfix "beta"
- manually delete all files and folders left under Steam/EU4 AND Documents/Paradox/EU4
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.

Did you enable cloud saving on steam? That was my issue. :mellow:
