What's changed now there's Touggart and the other north african berber divisions? What exactly needs Tunis' ownership on the north african coast to complete the achievement? Cheers.

Seems like they didn't edit the achievement conditions. There are some coastal provinces which aren't needed.

That gives us these provinces in Tunis' sand colour; I've added the orange as probables, but it's a guess. One would assume Cueta and co would be an inclusion, but okay.
