Important to my current game, but I can't seem to find any update on this anywhere for 1.8.

Basically:

1. If I enforce peace in 1.8, will I still become warleader?
2. Will I be able to call in my allies?

It lost most of its value now but there can still be wars where you may want to enforce peace just to stop the aggressor from making key gains instead of also being able to make your own gains.
