I would add/suggest to add reduction of truce as an espionage bonus...
Though I don't know what to replace...

I just think that it would be nice, to have some influence on truce time via a policy or ideas. But I prefer the policy solution, because truce time can also be handy and an advantage if you lose a war.

EDIT:

Uh why not also a policy to make truces longer?? If you wish some more peace. I think both policies would be very usefull.

Ah, I mean to write it as espionage action, not bonus...

Yes, this one sounds good too IMO :)
Making truces shorter as an action from espionage ideas and
making truces longer as an action from diplomatic ideas.

In both cases you have to invest a diplomat and have a specific idea group.

Sounds very good for me!

EDIT:

Also adding a truce time reduction vs rivals would make sence.

I think you put to much in the free part. The paid stuff is only interesting when playing Netherlands or Poland. And the national focus is not worth 5 €, that's something that could be easy be modded in.

Edit: In the Steam Shop is written that the DLC gives new idea groups. That's wrong - the idea groups are free stuff.

There's a regression bug in the "broke their alliance message". I've just got a
"My King, broke
broke their alliance with"
message, without the names of the two countries (Aragon and Nevarra sigils are still displayed)

- Removed manpower impact from productionsize, to be tied to increased by 5% from each military tech.

Can someone explain this line to me please? I don't really understand it, and don't understand why it needed to be changed either.

Province manpower used to depend on goods produced. In 1.6, goods produced was altered to be tied to base tax, vastly altering global manpower. 1.7 breaks the tie to goods produced and puts provincial manpower on tech instead.

This undoes half of the 1.6 mass ROTW nerf in terms of goods produced, slightly nerfs France, and soundly nerfs manufactories in general for everybody.

slightly nerfs France
Did it though? France has a very significant base manpower that other high BT states in general can't match. Aside from Silesia for some reason. So while I don't have any data or experience, the nerf to France might not be so impressive relatively to it's competitors. It might in fact be a relative buff.
