At some point I recruited a curator scientist, because of the bonus.
Sometime later, when another one of my scientists died I discovered I had another curator scientist sitting idle in my leader pool. I'm sure I have only recruited one curator scientist. I'm not sure how long he's been sitting there.
I'm playing as a hivemind atm, but I don't think that matters. I think I've encountered this bug before, so it might be easy to reproduce. I know this happens when the curator scientist gets picked to lead the country, but that isn't the case here obviously since I'm playing as a hive mind.
