Found another bug today (seem to be on a roll...):
The bug is with tech_galactic_ambitions_desc: Galactic ambitions does not reduce the costs of ceding planets and frontier outposts. Rather, interstellar campaigns and galactic campaigns does that. I'm guessing that the current galactic campaigns description should be given to galactic ambitions, GA should be given to IC, and IC to GC.
