Do you have gold-blue AGCEEP loading screen when starting EU2 with AGCEEP shortcut (assuming you have a PC)?
Is AGCEEP installed at the root of EU2 main folder?

Is EU2 1.09 itself working without AGCEEP?

If yes to all questions, something went wrong with your AGCEEP install. Try to download AGCEEP again and try a fresh reinstall or use RAR archive instead of installer.

I got it. I should have read the installation instructions with a little more attention to detail. I forgot to install EGUFSM. Its working now. So far I am very impressed with it.

Trouble installing ACG-EEP

I seem unable to install AGC-EEP correctly...which is weird since I remember having it installed on my previous PC.

I download the files and unpack them to the Paradox Entertainment/Europa Universalis 2 folder.
But no new shortcut to the mod AGC-EEP appears...I can only start the usual EU2 1.09 game.

What am I doing wrong?

I have tried using both 7-zip and IZarc for extracting the AGC-EEP-files.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Use the installer for PC, not the RAR archive, it will be easier and shortcut will be created automatically.

RAR archive can be used on PC but you have to create shortcut and they are intended for Mac users.

When double clicking on the downloaded AGC-EEP-file my laptop asks me to choose a program for opening/extracting the file.

In contrast the patch 1.09 for EU2 is a exe-file that opens its own installer.

What program do I need to open and install the AGC-EEP file?

The link to the exe-file does not work...I only get an error message (http404).
This also happens when clicking the link for the exe-file download on the official agc-eep homepage.

Is it only for me that the link does not work?
