1.5 And New Hidden Secret Stuff?

So, I've been poking around the files and noticed some new files since the new 1.5 patches. Forgive me if I am mistaken but these look new.

Under decisions we got:
- councillor_laws.txt
- lifestyle_decisions.txt
- vassal_decisions.txt

What do you think these are?

Event_modifiers.txt is now in it's own folder and has a 00_event_modifiers.txt now. I assume, this is likely to help modders?

What else is new and what do you guys thing this means and makes possible?

Also, I'd like to note that capable_only is now only_capable.

EDIT: Topic renamed to "1.5 And New Hidden Secret Stuff?" to respect the possible lack of suspected new and hidden stuff in CK2 and to promote discussion of generalized hidden stuff rather then stuff hidden in the 1.5 update.

Yes, they are empty but it begs the question, "Why are they there?". Is this for some future DLC or patch or for modders to figure out.

My Thoughts:
Councillor Laws- Effects performance of your Council actions, maybe it gives those chosen few bonuses for being in service to the King/Lord, or maybe you can set pay which effects loyalty?
Lifestyle Decisions- Has a greater effect on the daily life of our player-character. What does he/she spend his/her time doing which could effects events and traits. Maybe doing too much and you have penalties to your demesne?
Vassal Decisions- Maybe this will be a way of fine-tuning your Crown Laws and deciding exactly what your vassals can and cannot do.

Anyways, I didn't see these before 1.5, however, I admit I wasn't looking to closely or deeply. Regardless, there's got to be other goodies for 1.5. I've noticed a ton of small changes to events, for example.

UPDATE:
I just happened to be looking through "graphicalculturetype.txt" and noticed a couple things. First, notice that there are a TON of cultures ranging from Frankish to German to English... perhaps we'll be seeing more DLC's similar to that of the Mongols? I do believe that we'll see some more cultural DLC such as Africa. Secondly, two things in there stood out to me: Republicsgfx and Knightsgfx. What do you suppose that means? I don't believe that they are being used or have any unique models or textures but they exist. Maybe we'll see a more diverse Knight character and characters from Republics? Who knows.

Personally, I'd love to see all of these cultures more fleshed out graphically.

There were councilor laws earlier in the DDs: one of the first showed a law to allow female chancellors.

The gfx cultures: well, I think that having clothes for republicans and knight orders would be a great thing: maybe in the latter showing the top of the knight's habit.

Yes, and viceroys too. But courtesan is handled by "lover" so I guess it is deemed unnecessary. You could still create a lover minor title if you wanted to.

CK2+ uses the courtesan title for Muslim courts, IIRC. It's different in that the children born are entirely legitimate.
